JN Offers 3D design & development for old and new parts; if there is no drawing for an existing part JN will reverse engineer it in order to get the exact details. JN will also design packaging that will conform to the product perfectly so it arrives safely! JN White™ uses state-of-the-art techniques when assembling custom projects; that way they are without defect and are manufactured with high quality.

JN White™ has a rapid prototyping system that has 4 stages, to ensure high quality products; the 4 stages are in-house design, laser cutting/auto-die cutting, digital printing, and custom assembly. In-house design includes 3D models, and digital printing can be done on various substrates without added cost per color. JN has the capabilities of prototyping membrane switches, graphic overlays, and labels.

JN offers backlighting solutions that range from simple LED lights, to more complex custom colored combinations. JN has the capability of not only working with custom color LEDs, but with fiber-optic panels, diffusion materials, and with opacity solutions.

JN White™ tests all electric components before they are shipped out; Hipot testing and ASTM testing are available. All of JN's testing equipment is calibrated annually, and every membrane switch is 100% tested.
